About Michelle
Michelle Lukan is a Registered Dietitian with over a decade of experience helping individuals and families improve their health through nutrition that fits real life.
She holds a BSc in Dietetics from the University of Cape Town, a BA in Human Kinetics & Ergonomics (Rhodes University), and a Diploma in Sports Nutrition from the International Olympic Committee. Her approach is rooted in functional medicine — looking at the body as a whole, identifying root causes, and using food as a powerful tool for healing and sustainable change.
Whether you’re navigating family nutrition, sports performance, gut health, or simply want to feel better in your body, Michelle works with you to create a plan that is personalised, evidence-led, and compassionate.
